Thank you to all the "links" in our Chain for their participation in this very powerful demonstration of our commitment to protect the lives of the unborn.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults

Image what would you say

Teaching the faith has been done in many ways for many years in Catholic Church history. The early church (before RCIA classes were developed) used different ways and teaching tools to enlighten people in what the Catholic church was and as a way of bringing in new members. In 1972 RCIA was officially developed as a class in the church and became the beginning journey for people interested in the Catholic Faith. Come join us in your journey of faith!
When;     Every Monday,  7 pm to 9 pm
Where;    At Holy Spirit Catholic Church

Moving On After Moving In

Are you a woman who is new or feels new in the Denver or surrounding area? Are you going through a transition such as a move, retirement, divorce or loss of spouse? Then this is the program for you. This 10 week non-denominational program is based on the book “After the Boxes are Unpacked” by Susan Miller. The class deals with the spiritual, emotional and practical needs of a transition. This opportunity gives women a chance to meet others ranging in age from 20 - 90+ years. Because of the success of the program most of the women wish to continue their new found connections in the MOAMI Alumnae Association. Monthly luncheons, and coffees have been organized as well as a dozen breakout groups. This 10 week program meets on Thursday mornings from 10-11:30 (September 14–November 16) at Holy Spirit PAC. Following the meetings the group goes out to lunch. To register or for more info please call Candy (704-489- 1696) or Nancy(704-483-4262

We stand before you, Holy Spirit, Come to us, remain in us, and enlighten our hearts. Give us light and strength to know your will, To make it our own, and to live it in our lives. Guide us by your wisdom, support us by your power, Do not allow us to be misled by ignorance Or corrupted by fear or favor. Unite us to yourself in the bond of love And keep us faithful to all that is true. As we gather in your name, may we temper justice with love, so that all our discussions and reflections may be pleasing to you, and earn the reward promised to good and faithful servants. Amen.
